Good morning, everyone!! We are one day closer to Thanksgiving and I for one am looking forward all that good food. I will be spending most of the day today getting appetizers and desserts ready for tomorrow.

Yesterday I added an art section by my website and some new blog entries, be sure to check them out when you get a chance. I am also going to be adding a page to the site dedicated to my 80's memorabilia collection. I hope to have that up by this weekend. I will keep you all posted.

Speaking of updates, I went back to my old gym this morning in Hagerstown. I have been training at the gym in my hometown, but since I had some time this morning, I went to back to my old lifting grounds. I really do love that gym, I trained there for over ten years and hate the fact that is almost twenty minutes away. I work out in the early mornings before work, and my home gym is less than five minutes away, so it makes sense to go there on work days.

Training has been going great. I am lifting four to five days a week, and I am doing cardio six days. I am really starting to notice to. A lot of my soreness is starting to alleviate, and I am starting to see some of the tone return. Persistence means progress!

I may or may not post tomorrow. It really depends on how busy the day goes, but if not, I hope you all have great Thanksgiving. I love you all and thank you for all the great support I have been receiving. It really does mean a lot to me.
