Good morning to all of you out there! Happy Friday! We have made to the end of another week, and the weekend is just within grasp. I hope your week wasn't too stressful or overwhelming. This time of year can shorten people's patience and raise their anxiety levels. If you are experiencing that, hang in there. If someone you know wis experiencing higher levels of anxiety or are a little temperamental, be patient with them. There may be more going on than what appears on the surface. As always, I am here to hopefully get your morning off to a good start.

So, a few updates. I will be at the Waynesboro tree lighting event this evening and will be wondering around to see what is going on in some of the local shops. I am also going to try to make it over to Greencastle to catch some of the festivities there as well. If you see me, say hello!

Also, a quick update on my healthy lifestyle journey. I have had a good week. I have kept my carb intake low and protein high. Very little processed food and no fast food at all. I am down to 265lbs, and I have been training consistently all week. I even did some interval cardio yesterday which I am going to start incorporating into my weekly routine. I know with the holiday next week, I am going to take a little hit on diet, especially the carbs, but if I do well the rest of the week and stay consistent on training it shouldn't have too big an impact on my overall numbers.

I share these posts with some local groups and having links will cause the posts to be rejected, so instead I am just going to direct you to my website. This week I tried out a new coffee creamer. I like to change it up. It is the Home Alone Hot Chocolate Marshmallow creamer and oh man is it good! I have been doing pumpkin spice the last few weeks and around the year favorites are hazel nut and anything with caramel, but I take advantage of some holiday variety when I can. What are some of your favorite creamers? Anything you recommend I should try?
